How can we add a second and third camera? null

Yes, you can more than one camera. I have four (so far)

You can add extra cameras by adding them to the MyDlink Lite app. Each camera comes with a QR barcode card that you scan and you'll go through the same set up as you did with the first camera.

Yes. Each camera will receive a unique IP address from your router.

You can add a large number of these cameras Each camera receives its own IP address, and the D-Link software will recognize all of them. When you do the camera set up, your router (or modem with a built in router) will assign an IP address if 'DHCP' is set to 'enabled' (and generally most routers are already running as a DHCP server which means it is assigning the IP addresses.
