I set mine up using my phone. If that is not an option for you I would suggest setting it up in Explorer, which you can download for free....not many people seem to like Edge. Also there is tech support that comes free with the device and I found they were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. No I don't work for the company. Hope that helps, I would say to save yourself the aggravation call the tech support.
