• You CAN NOT set this camera up using a PC. You must have a smart something to download mydlink Lite. I asked this question above, bought the camera, talked to support, they said too bad. I have a green light for Wifi but can't set camera up.

• OK, you're getting a mixed bag of answers, here. There are two parts to the answer and the answers given so far only address one part or the other. Note that Dlink themselves, in their answer to your question, said you can view live feed with your PC. They did not say you can set it up with your PC. That's because you can't. You need a phone or tablet to set the camera up. I'm in the same boat as you: I don't have a smart phone. You cannot set up the camera using your PC. What I did was buy a cheap refurbished tablet to set the camera up with. The dlink lite app will only work with a phone or tablet. Only after you've set it up with your tablet or phone are you're able to access the camera through the portal with Internet Explorer on your PC. It's been three years since you asked this question, so I'm submitting this answer here for the people who are just now asking the same question.

• I have this camera at my lake cottage. I and set it up on my smart phone. I can view it from anywhere. In addition ,I put the Mydlink on my computer at home and can view it live from there also.
