No matter where you use this camera, you will require sufficient light if you want defined pictures and you also need a quality router
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The easy way to view video is through the app which I believe requires internet for the logon even if your camera is on the same network. If you don't have internet you will probably have to go into the advanced settings by logging directly into the IP of the camera. From there you can set up a direct link/FTP/other set up. There are aftermarket softwares that you can get of the web to allow this sort of setup. You will at least need a local network (WiFi router) on the boat for the to work.
