“What is the purpose of the connector that says 1234? Can the 4 pin connector be used to hook up to an existing alarm so that if the built in motion detector was activated it could maybe close a switch?”

• The connector in the back that has 1234, is for connecting to a non-wireless DVR system. The control the Video and Pan Tilt Zoom features.
