I had a similar problem. I ended up downloading the loader from dlink and installed it while wired. The phone app didn't want to seem to work for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Call the tech support. They were very helpful with me setting mine up. I would lose connection and have to sign in and sign back out of my account. Reset the camera, router and it finally got the connection. Changing passwords and settings may have something to do with it. Once you get it working it is pretty easy... It did take a few calls to tech support to understand how the connection works. Yes, call the tech support number they are quick , nice and helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. With a D-Link router it takes 3 minutes and no cable. With any other router, it can be a pain. Follow the directions to the letter and you have to be online to D-Link. My first time it took about 30 minutes. It's the one downfall, but when I got a new router I got the really good D-link and 3 minutes, done. Both camera and my router come up on all our iPads and iPhones.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a difficult time hooking up my camera due to settings on my Internet EXPLORER. I got it resolved by talking to DLINK customer service. They had me use CHROME rather than EXPLORER to set up.
