• Depending on your preference, it is easiest to just use an "I" phone and you can view the camera broadcast don any where

• Yes, if your wifi reaches upstairs and down stairs. If not a router extender may be needed.

• These cameras, although they do have the cheap yellow cable outs, aren't made for viewing from monitors, but from computer screens via internet. There is a software that you can download from d-link that allows you to view multiple cameras simultaneously, but no support documentation is provided, so it is use at your own discretion.
