QuestionI received a 5020L from junk sale. No QR code, following the steps as new customer, it asks for the pin number connected to this particular one. I do not have that. What do I do to make a new pin #?

- Answer Yes, it can be viewed in a web browser. If you know the local IP address of your camera, you can go to http://ipaddress/dgvideo.cgi and login using the username admin and the password you set during setup. http://admin:(chosen pwd)@(IP Address)/dgvideo.cgi also works to automatically login. This will only work on your local network unless you are familiar with port forwarding, etc.

- Answer You can only install this camera via the smartphone app. When installing via the app, you do not need to go into your router and set up port forwarding.
