“Specs states height to top of hinge is 70". What is the height to top of case?”

Ours stands about 70 1/8" from floor to top of fridge. Had to sand down the lip of our cabinets to fit it and its snug, but worth the effort. It's an amazing fridge so far.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.70 inches. Unlike some other refrigerators on the market this unit will not fit in an opening smaller than stated. The hinges are enclosed in a part of the housing that runs the full width of the unit and back 10 inches or so.
