A:Answer The OLD, Traditional way of doing things. REGISTER By MAIL!!! One would think that DACOR would be technologically more advance by now. The website registration page does not work for the refrigerator I paid over $3G. The system does not have the refrigerator model in its database; thus, it would yield an error message. After numerous unsuccessful attempts, I gave up. I called the 800 number on the back of the product manual and spoke with Customer Service Rep. She told me the ONLY WAY to register product for warranty is to fill out and mail in the card on the back of the product manual. I hope they received my registration by mail by now.
