• Yes you can hook it up to most faucets by removing the aerator screen On your faucet and installing the adapter that is provided with the washer.

• Yes. I actually only hook it up to my kitchen sink. I have never tried to attach it to my bathroom sink. It comes with an attachment to the sink so you just need to make sure that you can remove the normal adapter on your kitchen sink and that your sink fits the adapter that comes with the washing machine.
