“Hello, have had our ice maker for about 2 years now and never any issues till now. Seems that instead of making cubes it is making a chunk of ice therefore of no use because too big and blocks any other ice cubes getting in tray. How do we fix this issue”

Clean any dust off the air inlet and outlet. 2. Fill with room temperature water. 3. Move the ice maker to a warmer place where the ambient temperature is higher than 5°C. 4. Refrigerating system may be damaged. Maintenance by a professional is required. Thank you Anna
