QuestionDid you buyers who were not satisfied with this wine cooler leave the required inches of free air on each side? My space under cabinet is not that large. The 2 units which i tried years ago fit exactly into space and looked so perfect. Fans burned out

- Answer Hello, Thank you for your question. This unit is designed to be freestanding so it should not be built into any cabinetry. It needs the required space on the sides and back of the unit to allow proper ventilation. Having this unit built-in against the instructions in the owner's manual can impact the efficiency and lifespan of the unit. Regards, Heather

Questionwhat are my warranty options? (died after 9 mo)I bought this wine cooler just 9 months ago. it died last weekend. I am extremely unhappy with this performance. it's filled with expensive wine that now sits at room temperature. It makes noise but won't cool. i tried unplugging it and shutting it off. it powers back on and makes the usual noises, but the temp never drops no matter what setting the knob on the top is set to.
