Hello, Thank you for your question. The DBC93BLSDD beverage center has a temperature range of approximately 42.8F ~ 57.2F or 6C ~ 14C. We do not recommend storing baked goods in a beverage center as it is not designed to reach the food safety temperature of 41F. Regards Ann H Consumer Service
