Hello Freeze, indeed you can load wine bottles in the unit.

I recently bought this fridge, I can stick a wine bottle in but if other things are in there I may have to have it in there at an angle but to stack glass on glass I would bet they may slide and roll and certainly have a good chance of cracking. Overall this is a good beverage fridge.

Yes it can, but you will need to lay it down!

Yes. Most wine bottles are about 12" so a bottle will easily fit on its side
