Q: QuestionWas this supposed to come with the screwdrivers as shown in the photo because I just picked my order up from Best Buy and it was just the battery. The photo is a little misleading if these parts are not included.

• A:Answer Mine was shipped just the battery as well. I don’t have the tools to change the battery and when I called customer service they sent me to tech support who could not help me. If you don’t have the tools to be able to change it yourself move in from this product.
