- Answer I bought this at end of May and it is completely broken in July. Went back to Best Buy and was told to contact the manufacturer. Looked all around on the web and cannot find the support. Went back to Best Buy and they say 'sorry I cannot help'.

- Answer I don’t know the auto spin speed but spin and catch can be adjusted separately. It did not auto evolve anything for me. I think the evolve is in reference to being a updated version of a prior version.

- Answer Your charging it incorrectly Turn it around and plug back into USB port. It will fit both ways but only charges one direction
