• If you look at the games (Dead Island 2) Wikipedia page you'll actually see that it's still in development and as of this year there's been news about dead Island 2 and the most recent reference to the game was Goat Simulator 3's trailer.

• This game was officially canceled back in 2018 - The developers say this project was completely abandoned to work on another game that is TBA in late 2022 !
