• Great question! There are no fees or surprises to use our remote access features! All you need is a wired internet connection to the DVR and our free (no ads!) Defender HD app on your smartphone to view your DVR anywhere you have mobile service or Wi-Fi.

• No, there aren't any service fees, except for your regular ISP bill if you want to remotely access the DVR. There are no separate fees for use of the Defender.
