Thank you for your question. The system can be viewed from multiple devices simultaneously provided your internet connection can handle the data upload. You would both need to log into the same Defender HD account, a DVR cannot be added to two different accounts.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My husband bought it for his business, he isn't able to get it on his phone and there is no phone number to call, only an email address, they keep giving him new passcodes to use but they don't work , I would not recommend this product
