QuestionThe Play-Fi and Definitive Technology apps are not picking up the soundbar through wifi but Google Home is. Can you operate this soundbar with Play Fi and Def Tech apps or only with Google Home? Customer Service is horrible and never responds.

- Answer The new sound bars by definitive only work with google play. The App no longer works for them.

QuestionHow do you get the subwoofer to pair? With mine the status light comes on then goes out but does not pair.

- Answer I found a reset button located under the status light. Just push in with a pin or thin screwdriver until the status light blinks. Then mine was fully paired.
