Is Google Play installed on this Chromebook? null

Google Play is available on the Chromebook

There is google play and google chrome webstore. Depending on your needs, most of the apps are in one or the other. Example, the offline Google Docs, Sheets and Slides are from your play store, there is a chrome webstore version too.

I'm still getting familiar with Chrome OS, but everything is done through the browser. So, Google Play takes you to "play.google.com/store"
