“I've been told by some BB reps that their lower end laptops will not support the expected requirements for Windows 12 which will be out soon (?). Does this model have the necessary requirements of TPM 2.0, 2GHz CPU, GPU 2.0, etc. to support Windows 12?”

Please be informed Microsoft has not officially announced Windows 12 or its release date. However it does have all the components you have listed.
