Hello, Yes, the TV Tuner in the Inspiron 2320 can either connect to your cable outlet (wall) directly, cable box or an Over-the-Air Antenna and display a TV signal on the computer. This is all setup and viewed through Windows Media Center. Depending on your local cable company, you may be able to get all your subscribed HD channels directly from the wall outlet but if not, you might still need to have a cable box attached to the TV tuner as well.
