- Answer Yes up to 32 mb, You have to be careful with module selection to achieve the top speed. There are two slots. Apparently according to other online reviews come with 2 4gb modules but others like mine came with 1 8gb module. You have to get the correct voltage and density modules to achieve 3200mhz otherwise the laptop will downclock them.

- Answer It's recommended you use the same make, but so long as all the technical specs are the same, you should be fine.

QuestionMy unit came with 8GB of 4800MHz ddr5 ram. Its upgradable to 32GB. The Dell website doesnt list 24GB as a combo but Ive seen it as a valid combi on certain ram producer websites. Can I add a 16GB stick to the empty slot as long as its 4800MHz as well??

- Answer This system supports 3200 MHz, DDR4 memory. The maximum memroy supported in the two slots is 32 GB. The maximum memory supported in one single slot is 16 GB.

QuestionI just received my device and it doesn’t turn on without being plugged up. Soon i unplug it turns off, also i let it change over night and the battery is only at 31%. This can’t be normal , do i need a new battery or something?

- Answer Take the ram you have out and look at the label on it. It will tell u the frequency and type. Then you go to a store and match it up but get more ram.

QuestionI bought similar laptop to this one, however it is not the exact same one. It has a I7 proccesor and 16 gb ram. I was wondering if the geek squad warranty or the manufacturer warranty would be voided if the laptop is opened? I plan to add 2nd SSD.

- Answer The Dell warranty associated with this laptop if the laptop is opended to replace / upgrade certain parts like Base cover, Rear cover, Memory, Wireless card and SSD. The Dell limited hardware warranty does not cover problems / damage that result, directly or indirectly, from using accessories, parts or components not supplied by Dell. Yes, the second SSD could be installed.

- Answer Ryzen 5 5600H. This is a 45W 6-core APU with 16MB L3 cache, based on the "Zen 3" CPU architecture. It's about the same speed as a Core i5-11400H, but significantly slower than newer Ryzen 5, Core i5, and Core Ultra CPUs like the Ryzen 5 8640HS, Core i5-13500H, and Core Ultra 5 135H.

QuestionI am playing VR contractors and the 3050 should run this game flawless on high settings but it don’t I think the cpu is causing a bottle neck is it possible to upgrade my cpu to like a ryzen 7 or the ryzen 9 if so witch one could I use
