• I don't know of any laptop that has upgrade-able GPU or CPU. You will have to go for a desktop to have this ability. Don't be tempted by laptops with Thunderbolt connection that enable you to connect an external GPU. First it is expensive (requires an enclosure in addition to the GPU itself), secondly the bandwidth is limited (PCIEx4 while modern GPU requires min f x8 if not x16) and most importantly, the technology is not mature enough.
