- Answer Ryzen chipsets for the most part do not support thunderbolt 3 for external graphics cards so I would take the model number down check with dell first if thats what you want to do otherwise it might only support external monitors, storage drives and such

- Answer The 16 GB RAM comes with 2 8 BG memory modules in the two SODIMM slots. There are no extra slots. You need to change one of the two RAM modules to upgrade the memory.
