This PC will help you video edit very well. Movie Maker does not exist in Windows 10, but there are many other software programs that will help you video edit. I personally use VEGAS Pro and Adobe Premier, but I am sure there are some free video editing software programs online.

After getting used on how to use the software, transferring VHS's to DVD's is going to be rather simply.
