• In the cortana search space once you click on the windows logo, type in reset pc..and it will guide you through it

• Windows 10 has a recovery-disk maker built-into it. You need a thumb drive with at least 16 gigabytes free. Just search your machine for "Recovery", It's all automated. It takes a while, but once it finishes, your thumb drive will be a bootable Windows install disk.
