“Is this a good computer for gaming I would like to use this computer for school yes but I would love to know how it works with gaming. Since I am a big gamer I would like to know if it would last as long with games like steam on it.”

If it works, this would be more than sufficient for Steam. It's not a "gaming computer" per say, because of the Intel graphics, but for online gaming such as Steam, it will definitely do the job without complaining.
