Well something must have changed because we just bought one of these units and the only thing I did other than run Windows Update was install Firefox and there is only 4GB free. Oh and to top things off, the unit won't turn on unless the AC power is connected and yes the battery shows fully charged. Wonderful.

Please try again later.Dell doesn't install a lot of bloatware, but you can get by with uninstalling Dell applications except SupportAssist, which is just about the most useful maintenance tool I've run across. Windows 10 installs a lot of junk (who the heck plays "Candy Crush"?) and you can eliminate a lot of junk by going through the Start menu and uninstalling the junk in that menu. With that done, you'll have a drive with about 16-18gb used, and 11-13 free. That's minimal, but that's what comes with this class of computer.
