my 14 month old inspiron 14 2-in1 hinge broke while sitting on the table and damaged my screen. Dell not only says I didn't use it properly, they also refuse to give me a letter stating it would have been covered under my warranty so I can file a claim with my Chase credit card, which gives me an additional warranty on purchases.
