I think you got a defective unit. Just exchange it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Has Dell refused to help you? What have you tried? Sounds like nothing... Perhaps next time you can get online download and install new drivers for your wifi card and whatever other drivers Dell has in their website.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry to say, this unit simply lacks the available resources to function. We received the same as a gift and it's going back. My son and I (both knowledgeable) are scratching our heads as to why they sell something like this. Return it while you can or you'll be stuck in a few months when it will no longer accommodate upgrades.
