I purchased this laptop this past Sunday and it was suppose to have a 1 year subscription to Office however it said I could try for free for 30 days or enter product code. I never received the product code with it.. How do I get the product code? null

Product code is if you bought a copy to activate it. 30 days is the standard free time. Get in contact with Microsoft if you feel they offered 1 year online access for free. Other options just use open office. www.ninite.com is a good place to update important windows programs for free.

U have to take it back to the store same exact thing happend to me I punched in every number that I thought was rite so i took it back to Best Buy had them open up the new 1 in front of me and the card was in the new box..
