if still under warranty return same or do an exchange warranty for customer satisfaction there is really nothing there for the screen, but if your referring to the keyboard surface upper right flip over and observe if the latch screw is still there and not loose. if all is well then press that area to observe if noise decreases to any degree. check any device you put into that area for proper seating. it is a good product-call Dell direct customer service to learn if they have a service bulletin on this matter. mine works fine.
