- Answer mine came with an 8gb and a 4gb stick the 8gb is an SK Hynix HMA81gs6cjr8n-xn the 4gb is an SK Hynix HMA851s6djr6n-xn and YES it came with 3200mhz ram even tho it only runs at 2400mhz, must have been cheaper.

- Answer Pretty much just whatever is included with a standard Windows install. O365 (which includes MS Office) is NOT included, and would need to be purchased. There are free alternatives though, like Google docs, which can read from and to docx, xlsx and other MS document formats.

- Answer The Dell Inspiron 15 7000 (AMD -RADEON VEGA 8-BLCK) can be configured with either an i5 or i7 processor. You might consider the Dell XPS 15 laptop which is configured with an i9 processor but it's in a much higher price range @$2k.
