• Either will do the trick.365 has more bells and whistles, so if you just need the basic word processing ect. Get office personal.

• I just got the basic office for this and it has all I need (Word, Excel, etc.). It's just that you can only load it on one laptop/computer. Office 365 can be loaded on up to 5 computers.
