Comes with Windows 10 64 bit OS. Yes it can be used for editing video. However a PC with a SSD hard-drive & an i5 or i7 CPU would be better suited to video editing. 8-32GB of RAM would also help out. This PC has a slower 5200 RPM hard-drive, which is slower than a 7200 rpm drive or a SSD drive (solid state). A PC with a discrete video chip-set is also helpful. So basically, this isn't your best choice for video editing.
