It's about a 10 minute preocess to remove the 17 screws and keyboard to get to the memory and hard drive. You also need to coat the screws with blue thread lock (loctitie os similar) when putting them back in, or they will fall out in a couple months after heating cooling cycles and transporting the laptop, and the flexing and jogging around that goes with that.
