“does this come with the backup discs ? the last computer I purchased did not and when I inquired about this I was told that I they could make them or provide backup for a fee. is there discs with the computer or instructions on how to make them”

• No backup or restore disks. I always tell users to make these disks before you do anything else. Your laptop/PC does allow you to make these disks.
