“Would this laptop be good to play the sims if not any other suggestions”

Haven't played SIMS in a while but it may, but if it's as graphic rich as all the other new games I'd buy a PC with an i5 or i7 CPU, a SSD Hard drive, and 8-32 GB memory. And a 3rd party video card with it's own memory for any game play.
