Can you use it with out having the internet? null

Yes you can. It's not a Chromebook which is basically a LCD and and a wifi card. It's a real i3-5015U dual core CPU PC with 4GB ram and a Terabyte Hard drive. No internet needed. It's actually better to start it up and create an non-microsoft account login on it while offline. This way Microsoft won't be able to monitor "everything" your doing 24x7, just most of it. ;-)
