• A:Answer Because while this has an IPS panel which looks ok and the viewing angles are alright, the RGB percentage is around 50% so the colors look a bit washed out. I have used a different laptop with an IPS display that had a higher percentage and the colors would look more vivid and sharper. Im assuming they cheaped out a little on the display since their premium gaming laptop line would be alienware.

Q: QuestionI bought this computer and upgraded the hard drive (1 TB 2.5 inch SATA) which required a spudger but otherwise wasn't too difficult. The RAM states that it's "DIMM2 ONLY FOR DDR4" on the empty RAM slot. What RAM is compatible w/this? Any that bb sells?

• A:Answer DDR4 is the memory type and 2400MHz is the speed to match the 8GB Module it already has. DDR4 and DDR3 slots look similar, so it's just letting you know this uses DDR4.
