Does this laptop have a VGA output null

No. It only has HDMI, however, if this is a problem, there are very affordable adapters you can find at Best Buy as well that will take a VGA signal and convert it to HDMI. I've recommended a couple below, as I had to address this particular problem when I was using my ASUS Ultrabook which also had this problem.
