DOES THIS HAVE ANTI GLARE SCREEN? null

It doesn't look like anti glare, if it's directed at really bright light , it will deflect the light. If your talking about an office setting , with florescent light around you, then I would say yes this would definitely deflect the lighting at you. It's a shiny screen , not a matte look to it.
