• Yes, has touchpad, with gesture & multi-touch support (at least 3 touch/finger). There is left & right mouse button support, at front area of touchpad, while no separate buttons, instead there is a line to mark boundary between left & right button area. Decent size touchpad (not too big or small), including for touch control of display (alternative to touchscreen).

• If I'm understanding your question correctly the answer is no. It has a touchpad and touchscreen . There are no buttons by the touchpad.
