• I downloaded tons of software(s) to get my DELL laptop ready for use for my kids for school work and had absolutely no issue. I hope you are able to troubleshoot the cause. Good Luck!

• Chrome is not listed in the windows store. You have to do a Google search for Chrome and download there.
