I thought the resolution was pretty good for watching TV, movies, or viewing pictures. However, I am just an average novice user and I am no graphics expert, so take my opinions with a grain of salt. If you are just using this for basic viewing, it should be fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Quality is not great. Mediocre. I tried to see if I would get used to it, 3 different laptops by 3 manufacturers with these specs & low cost; I did not get used to it; I need at least 1080p FHD (900p HD+ might be ok) on 15" or greater screen. I recommend try at store throughly, images, text, videos; or note 15 day return policy. 768p (720p) max on 15" screen results in dots not small enough to human eye, so you may see individual dots/pixels (depends on your eyes; I saw them.) So some images could look grainey or fuzzy or blocky/pixelated. Especially for solid colors, & some text character rendering can look irregular. This is true of all laptops I have seen 768p on 15" screen or larger, st this cost & quality, not only this make or model. Most of the other qualities of display were good or ok, like colors & brightness (don't expect to use in bright sunlight). Viewing angles not good either, quickly degrades not looking directly facing screen. Seems ok for about 30° angle. Not IPS, & wide viewing angle does not seem to work to angles they state.
