- Answer No, you need to buy Office separately. I'm not sure about having enough space for the other software.

- Answer This laptop is comparable to the lower price point hp laptops in my opinion this Dell laptop has pretty decent specs for the price as I have had a few hp laptops and they were lower specs for the same price point hope this helps

- Answer No. Video cards on laptops are internal. They are not designed to allow you to install an external video card. However, there is no 'free' internet provided with this computer. If you find this service from your home, it will be the first known. However, you can take this laptop to McDonald's, Starbucks, etc and utilize their free wifi connection.

- Answer maybe. The machine is not fast by any means, and the limited RAM would make anything but the most basic video editing a challenge.

- Answer Most modern computers nowadays can run csgo. I ran it solely off my processor before I had a dedicated graphics card so with this having a laptop gfx card you should be fine. Just don't crank it to 11 so to speak, tinker with quality settings and keep it cooled/ventilated

- Answer if your into gaming, I would suggest getting i5 processor with dedicated video graphics. Anything less would not be recommented

Questionwhy is there no image of the keyboard? I keep looking for a laptop that doesn't have the separate numeric keypad. I also have a strong dislike for split keys (where two keys stacked in the space of one key.)

- Answer It doesn't look like anti glare, if it's directed at really bright light , it will deflect the light. If your talking about an office setting , with florescent light around you, then I would say yes this would definitely deflect the lighting at you. It's a shiny screen , not a matte look to it.
