“I hear this was easily upgradeable, so I took all the screws off the bottom cover to see what type of ram it has to upgrade it, but despite unscrewing it I couldn’t take the cover off. Does anyone have the answer as to why this is happening?”

• It has another hard drive bay I upgraded mine. Some of the clips below the screen are stubborn I would use a old gift card
